  6. If approved, the claim is processed through the finance and the dealer is reimbursed

  • Create New Claim: At first, a new claim is generated by entering the general details about the automotive part and the reason for replacing it. Dealer can create claims from different sources: Admin-defined Template, Campaign, Pre-Approval, Re- Re-Considered Request & New Claim form.
  • Define Warranty Claim Type: Now, after entering the general data, the claim type should be defined according to the automotive parts, as there are various types of claims defined in the software according to requirements. Such as MUSA PDI, Dealer PDI, Post Scale Warranty, Campaign, Goodwill, and Spare Parts.
  • Define Claim Pricing: In the next step claim value must be defined. Every warranty claim should have a pricing structure to determine how much value to be reimbursed to the dealer when the automotive part is to be repaired within the warranty period promised by the company.
  • Pre-Define Rejection Code: After completing step third, define the pre-rejection for the claim so that it will be easy to do a better claim analysis.
  • Documents Uploading: Add an image or PDF of the defective part while creating a claim.
  • Labour Code: Enter labor code as these are based on different actions done on those claims.
  • Enter Internal Comment (Optional): The dealer may add any comment regarding the claim that will be visible only to the admin.
